Model Booking

Thank you for your interest in developing your professional modeling portfolio with photographer Carlos Vincent and Carlos Vincent Photography Studios.

To reserve the Session Date Client shall pay to Photographer, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $300. for the total cost of the session. The client understands and agrees that the Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the Client cancels the portrait session or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, the Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by Client, such $300 the total cost of the session will be forfeited by Client and paid to Photographer as liquidated damages and not a penalty. The client and Photographer agree that such amount is reasonable. The Payment process will be further explained after the information has been obtained from the Booking Form below.

The model booking form is for models that are ready to book their photoshoot session with Carlos Vincent. For all general inquiries and questions please contact the Contact Us page. Once you submit your model booking form a project manager from Carlos Vincent Photography Studios will follow up with more details and project quotes.

Image Return and Quantity Notice *

Un-retouched images are purchasable by the client after the project has concluded. Images are returned digitally (sized for social media, web) via WE Transfer. The client has seven days to view the images from the Gallery Link folder before they are removed from the server. There is a $50 fee if images have to be re-uploaded after the seven days. Total Number of Images: There are not a set number of images for any project. Carlos Vincent Photography Studios concentrates on the quality of return and not on the quantity of return.

Waiver of Liability *

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: This Waiver of Liability releases Carlos Vincent Photography Studios and it’s affiliates from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during production, on an expedition, photoshoot. By clicking this agreement and submitting this booking form, I agree to hold Carlos Vincent Photography Studios entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in the production. These include but are not limited to physical or mental injury. I agree and I am aware that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this production. By clicking the agreement below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Carlos Vincent Photography Studios or its affiliates for any reason. In return, I will receive the agreed-upon services offered. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions and all laws while on production or expedition. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Artistic Subjection Notice *

Artistic Subjection: Art is a form of expression that is purely creative and subjective to the individual. When commissioning Carlos Vincent and Carlos Vincent Photography Studios you are commissioning an artist craft. There is not a "do it just like those" process for his photo shoot projects. Each project is different. We can not promise you that your project will look exactly like the images posted on this website or his portfolio but Carlos Vincent and the staff of Carlos Vincent Photography Studios can promise to utilize the same level of professionalism, technique, and experience on all projects.

Cancellation Policy *

Cancellation Policy * Cancellation: (a) The Client will be required to complete a Booking Form, on receipt of the booking form, Carlos Vincent Photography Studios will send an email as confirmation. Once the initial payment has been received the booking will then be considered Confirmed. (b) As a result, once a booking is confirmed, there are NO REFUNDS ON SESSIONS. All session rates are immediately applied to your production fees. In the event that the client must cancel their attendance, they have the option to find another individual to take their spot for the session and take on their payment obligations. In the event of an emergency, the client may cancel and transfer their production fee to another session by Carlos Vincent Photography Studios within 14 days. All contributing parties in your session with Carlos Vincent Photography Studios (including but not limited to makeup artist, hairstylist, models, wardrobe stylist, designers, assistants, etc.) are considered independent contractors and NOT included in the Cancellation Policy.

** ADDENDUM**

       COVID 19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

All Clients are required to wear Mask and protective gear.  All contracted / Work for hire persons are required to provide and abide by all safety guidelines set forth by

Carlos Vincent Photography (Photographer).

1. Mask or Facial Protective Gear

2. Gloves upon entering the building to be discarded prior to entering Makeup/ Wardrobe/ Shooting Bay/Event Space

3. The client is responsible for providing recent temperature readings taken within 4hrs prior to the time of the session. This includes ALL and any guest of client/model who has been approved to attend per normal attendance guidelines.

4. No guests not pre-approved to attend will be allowed under any circumstances. All guests must be requested and approved within 48hrs after booking. All Bookings scheduled within 24hrs or less, the above must be submitted and approved at the time of booking.
